Appointment with a Nurse Practitioner If You Have a Family Physician
Requirements:
- Must have a family physician at Docside, Keewatin Medical Clinic, or Kenora Medical Associates;
- Must have a valid OHIP health card.
Patients of Docside Clinic:
- Call (807) 468-6321 Ext. 4 to make an appointment with your family physician or with a Nurse Practitioner.
Patients of Keewatin Medical Clinic:
- Call (807) 468-6321 Ext. 3 to make an appointment with your family physician or with a Nurse Practitioner.
Patients of Kenora Medical Associates:
- Call (807) 468-6321 Ext. 2 after 9:00am to make an appointment with your family physician or with a Nurse Practitioner.
