Appointment with a Nurse Practitioner If You Have a Family Physician

Requirements:

  • Must have a family physician at Docside, Keewatin Medical Clinic, or Kenora Medical Associates;
  • Must have a valid OHIP health card.

Patients of Docside Clinic:

  • Call (807) 468-3600 to make an appointment with your family physician or with a Nurse Practitioner.

Patients of Keewatin Medical Clinic:

  • Call (807) 547-2818 to make an appointment with your family physician or with a Nurse Practitioner.

Patients of Kenora Medical Associates:

Call (807) 468-3021 after 9:00am to make an appointment with your family physician or with a Nurse Practitioner.

Online Appointment Booking – Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs for Kenora Medical Associate (KMA) Patients:

Annual Health Exam: To request a lab requisition to have bloodwork completed prior to your annual health exam, please email: kenoramedical@kfht.ca

Injections: This appointment type is intended for patients who already have a prescription and have received at least one prior injection. Patients requiring a prescription must call for an appointment.

Wart Removal – Liquid Nitrogen Fee: Some liquid nitrogen procedures are not covered by OHIP. Please be aware that you may be required to pay $25.00 for this service. The doctor will advise you if there will be a fee.

Wound Care / Dressing Change: Patients requiring suture or staple removal must call for an appointment.
