Finding a Family Physician
If you currently do not have a Family Physician, you can register with a service provided by the Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care called Health Care Connect. This service assists you in finding a family physician in your community.

That means quick, easy access to a qualified health professional, who can assess your symptoms and help you decide your best first step. They can help you decide whether to care for yourself, make an appointment with your Family Physician, contact a community service or go to a hospital emergency room.
