SCFHT Mindful Eating: Emotional Eating and Food Craving Management Group
The SCFHT is offering another virtual Mindful Eating Group to help with emotional eating and food craving management! The goal of this program is to help you foster a more positive relationship with food.
The Mindful Eating Group is a 6 week virtual group program, with weekly sessions starting on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 (ending March 8, 2022) from 4:00pm – 6:00pm (2 hours maximum).
