COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Tests available at the SCFHT!

The Sunset Country Family Health Team has COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test kits available to pick-up! Anyone is welcome to pick up a box (while supplies last), and there is no cost to you. Limit one box per family per visit.
